GET INTO AMAZING SHAPE by signing up for the ULTIMATE 6 WEEK BODY TANSFORMATION CHALLENGE starting every Monday💪


💎When you complete the challenge SUCCESSFULLY it is FREE❗️


The 6 Week Challenge includes:


🏋️‍♂️6 Group classes a week which caters for all fitness levels.


🦸‍♂️An accountability coach who will work with you one on one for the next 6 weeks.


🍗 Our meal plan and expertise in nutrition along with our support and guidance is all you  need to keep you on track.


👊 You will be part of a awesome community that gives you 24/7 support.


⭐️IMPORTANT⭐️: The challenge is to lose 9kgs OR 5% body fat in 6 Weeks.


You will be required to attend a minumum of 30 training sessions at New You within this 6 week period.


A foodlog will need to be submitted every Monday.


You will be required to check-in on Facebook at New You with every training session.


We will require a before and after photo which we may post on social media should you successfully complete the challenge.
